Basil Vinaigrette Salad Dressing

David's mom is here visiting and brought this yummy salad dressing recipe!
1/2 cup lemon juice
Fresh Basil - a handful from the garden
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1 Tablespoon garlic
salt & pepper to taste
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 package good season Italian Dressing Mix
1/4-1/2 cup EVOO

Combine everything except the EVOO in a food processor or hand blender. Then add the EVOO - serve over your favorite salad - sooooo yummy!
